Founder Letters That Sound Human

The brief

Auralis wanted quarterly founder letters that sounded like the founder rather than like a company statement approved by four people.

What we did

We recorded long conversations — sometimes on walks — and built each letter from the transcript. The cadence, the hedges, the way she starts sentences with “Honestly”: all of it stayed.

Legal still read every letter. They changed less each quarter.

The result

Nine letters over two years. Investors started quoting them back in meetings, which is the only proof of voice that counts.
